To reserve the condo, check the calendar for the date you'd like to use it. The rate is $50 per night, plus a $50 cleaning fee. For example, 3 nights would therefore cost $200 (3 x $50 + $50 = $200). If your rental period will include any part of a holiday observed by banks in Utah, a three-day minimum rental applies. Every seventh night is free! In all cases, a $50 cleaning fee applies. You may check in at 5:00 PM and checkout is at noon, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Note that the condo sleeps two comfortably in a queen size bed. A full size sofa bed provides auxiliary sleeping for up to two more.
A $50 deposit is required at the time of the reservation and the balance of the rental amount, including cleaning fee, is due two weeks prior to your stay. The deposit is refundable if your plans change, but the rental payment you make two weeks before your stay is non-refundable unless we are able to rent the unit to someone else on short notice and then we'll only refund the number of nights that are rented.
